If you are planning a wedding in Beaver Creek, Colorado then I am so excited to share with you one of our favorite wedding venues in our state. The Chapel at Beaver Creek is a stunning, classic, and timeless venue that is sure to capture your vision for a religious ceremony. Beaver Creek is a beautiful location for your mountain wedding, full of elegance and refined details that will fully enhance the destination wedding of your dreams.

Ceremony site
As a wedding venue, this lovely little chapel is a perfect spot for your wedding ceremony. The space within the chapel is limited to a ceremony site only, yet we absolutely love the vintage interior for your nuptials. The ceremony site is breathtaking on the exterior with stonework and a steeple that is the stuff of dreams. The staircase leading up to the interior of the chapel is stunning for all of your portraits as well as your chapel exit. While we realize that booking this venue space means you will need to book a separate reception spot, we know you will love this for your ceremony as much as we do.

The interior of the chapel has a very timeless and unique look. We highly recommend hiring a florist to work closely with you and your wedding planner to design arrangements and color palettes that will compliment the church. The aisle is a gorgeous spot for lining with arrangements. The altar has a few stairs that can be lined as well, then the gorgeous window behind the altar is a wonderful space for lush floral arrangements. The warm wood tones of the chapel will need to be careful considered as you select your arrangements.

The Chapel at Beaver Creek is a wonderful way to escape the winter chills outside or celebrate the warmth of summer inside while the summer sun spills in through the cathedral window behind the aisle. This ceremony spot is perfect for an indoor ceremony all year-round. The space is flexible and lovely no matter the season. Please, note that seasonal decor for the holidays will remain up inside the chapel and will not be removed for winter weddings. If you are concerned at all about the unpredictable Colorado weather, then we highly recommend planning an indoor ceremony. This chapel is a perfect spot!

Intimate or Larger Guest Count

Because of the way that the chapel is seated with pews, we love that a variety of guest counts will feel welcome in this space. If you are planning an intimate wedding or an elopement, the chapel feels cozy, warm, and inviting even with a smaller guest count. Larger guest counts will also find the space more than adequate for your ceremony. Guests can easily be spaced out or seated closely dependent on how many loved ones and friends will be joining at the ceremony site. Your bridal party can also be a larger or smaller size because the altar has ample space for a variety of bridal parties. The chapel can hold a guest count of up to 250.

One of our favorite aspects of the Chapel at Beaver Creek is that you may invite your own officiant in to the chapel to lead your in your vows. In Colorado, you may also self-solemnize so you may even choose to forgo an officiant. Self Solemnization is a wonderful way to keep the entire ceremony quite intimate.

Timeless Warmth

The Chapel at Beaver Creek is just stunning. Built with beautiful stonework on the exterior, the chapel sits warm and inviting against the slopes of Beaver Creek Resort. The entry way doors are heavy with ironwork and glass. The interior is so beautiful, it is truly a must see. We love the warmth and timeless nature of the chapel. The interior photographs beautifully, and the view from the balcony is lovely. We are so honored to have worked at this spot, and we truly cannot wait to photograph more weddings here.
